The flagship cuvée of Cidres Wignac, the Lièvre is a cider made with 100% pure apple juice, all sourced from organic farming. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that it is made with different varieties of apples, 65% cider apples and 35% eating apples. Without added sugar, coloring, or sulfites, it is a slightly alcoholic (4.5%) artisanal product that will delight your taste buds.
