Well known among Parisian urbanites seeking respite from the city, the château became a coveted invitation — a charming retreat among the trees. Beneath apple branches and across Vichy picnic blankets, guests discovered not only the playful spirit of the countryside, but also the family’s prized organic cider. What began as shared moments of joy and spontaneity would become the essence of Wignac: a celebration of heritage, generosity and the art of bringing people together.

Wignac was brought to life by two siblings of the next generation — a brother and a sister — determined to capture the easy-going conviviality and unmistakable taste of their family château. What began as a shared vision became Wignac Cidre Français: a 100% organic cider that reflects the Ardennes in every way — its good taste, its unique style, its effortless charm.
We craft a premium range of additive-free French ciders in the Ardennes, naturally expressing the character of our region. Each bottle carries the spirit of where we come from: bold yet elegant, playful yet refined.
